Structure Fire Closes Hartford Intersection Oct. 9, A.M.

Firefighters have been fighting a blaze at the intersection of Garden-Capen streets since around 6:30 a.m., Hartford Police said,

Police also said, at that time, that they expect the intersection to be closed for several hours and are asking people to find alternate routes.
